We have recently discovered a very few bottles of the very first vintage (2002) of Braeburn and Fuji Iced Cider. These are available on a first come-first served basis, and there is a two bottle limit. Please call or visit the Tasting Room for more info.
Iced Ciders Made in a similar method to traditional ice wine, apples are picked frozen from the tree and are then pressed to extract the juice. Raven Ridge produces four varieties of iced cider, Braeburn, Fuji, Granny Smith, and Ambrosia. True Sparkling Cider The lively, crisp acidity of the Braeburn apple lends this sparkling cider its elegant structure. A long cool primary fermentation helped to retain the distinctive Braeburn apple flavour. The second fermentation happens in this very bottle and is responsible for the delicate bubbles and long-lasting mousse. After 12 months of special care, each bottle is hand riddled. Enjoy this cider with salads, Asian dishes or dessert. It is sure to compliment any celebration.
